At MyLynq, we offer a **7-Day Free Trial** for all our Pro plans to ensure the service meets your professional needs before any billing occurs.
1. Trial Period & Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time during the 7-day trial period through your Dashboard settings. No charges will be applied if cancelled before the trial expires.
2. Subscription Refunds
Once the trial period ends and the first payment is processed via Razorpay, subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent service use, you may request a refund within **48 hours** of the transaction.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Razorpay) within **5-7 business days**. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank.
