At MyLynq, we offer a 7-Day Free Trial for all Pro plans so you can experience the full product before any billing occurs.
You may cancel your subscription at any time during the 7-day trial period through your Dashboard settings. No charges will be applied if cancelled before the trial expires. The ₹5 verification fee is automatically refunded back to your account immediately after setup, regardless of whether you continue the trial.
Subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you face any critical technical issues, our support team will work to resolve them. A refund can only be requested within 48 hours of raising a formal ticket, and only if our technical team verifies that the core issue is entirely unresolvable on our end.
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Razorpay) within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
