Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. We believe in full transparency.
Account Data: Name, email, and profile picture via Google or Meta Authentication.
Instagram Data: If you connect your Instagram account, we access your public profile info, comments, and media to enable automation features via Meta Graph API.
Payment Data: For Pro users, billing details are processed securely via our payment partner Razorpay. We do not store card details.
Usage Data: We collect analytics about how you use our platform (clicks, page views) to improve the product.
Your data is used to provide link-in-bio services, deep-linking, and Instagram automation (replying to comments). We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties. Data is used solely to operate and improve the MyLynq platform.
We retain data as long as your account is active. Users can request data deletion at any time by visiting their dashboard or contacting us at hello@mylynq.app.
Meta Data Deletion: To delete your Meta/Instagram integrated data, go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Apps and Websites → MyLynq → Remove.
We use Meta Graph API for Instagram integrations and Google Auth for login. These services are governed by their respective privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party data practices.
